About Me
I’ve spent my career exploring what makes work satisfying, meaningful and high-performing—and how to design environments that bring out the best in people. I believe it starts with finding great teammates, then treating them with respect, support and transparency. When people feel trusted and valued, you can set a high bar and they will consistently exceed it.
I’ve made a lot of good decisions in my career, and I’ve made mistakes, too. But I don’t make the same mistake twice. I value teams that operate the same way: learning fast, using data and experience in good measure, and navigating uncertainty with clarity and boldness.
It’s not enough to be smart, hard-working and dedicated. Those are table stakes. The real differentiator is the ability to create an environment where people can consistently deliver their best. That belief guides how I lead, how I collaborate and how I show up every day.​​
